Frequently Asked Questions

How long will my order take?

Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. Order processing takes 3–5 days, and delivery takes 14–21 days after processing. Every parcel is shipped with tracking.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your official tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. You can also find full details on our Track Your Order page.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy: you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at abdbrothersltd@gmail.com — returns are sent to the return address shown on your order. Our full Refund Policy has all the details.

What are your pieces made of?

Our jewellery is crafted in solid 925 sterling silver. Selected pieces are finished in 14k gold vermeil (a layer of gold over sterling silver) or set with moissanite or other stones — each product page states the exact materials for that piece.

Does moissanite pass a diamond tester?

Yes — moissanite passes standard pen and light-transmission diamond testers. On a lab assay it will show as moissanite, not diamond. Many of our moissanite pieces come with a GRA certificate, as stated on the product page.
